TSITSANIS - ROUSSOS VLASIS

The Tsitsanis Restaurant is located in the village of Prodromos, Paros
and is the oldest active family tavern on the island
(year of creation 1969).
With great care he created by Mr. Giannis
and Mrs. Vassiliki and has now passed into the hands of Son Vlassis.

We serve traditional island dishes like oven chickpeas,
artichokes with beans, local rooster and rabbit, grandmother's meatballs,
pumpkin gourd but grilled the time.

Most of our products are our own production
from our boots and our farm.

You can visit us all year round
from early in the morning until late at night.
Taste our kitchen in our interior
together with the boxing box and the paintings that you put on
travel in our green garden with our fragrant flowers
either by looking at the entrance of the traditional settlement of Prodromos.
