Palaiokastritsa Beach is an area of six small bays and beaches. The water in this region is cold because of the streams in the sea. The main and biggest beach is located near the monastery and it has many tourist facilities. Another well-known beach is the one near the harbor where many yachts anchor in the summer. All other beaches are accessible by sea (boat or taxi boat). Most of the beaches are organized with sun loungers, umbrellas, showers and bathrooms. For those who like scuba diving, there is a diving center and for those who like exploring new areas, there are boats for rent if you want to see the caves along the coast.
